Processing Times

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 14+ business days.

Please note: shipping timeframes start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place your order. The estimates shown at checkout are calculated by a third-party app and don’t include processing times.

Made-To-Order, Pre-Order & Personalised Items

These products have their own production timeframes.

If your order contains one of these items, your full order will ship together once it’s ready.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post (a carbon-neutral courier) with free tracking.

Your tracking link will be emailed once your order is on its way.

While we pack your order with care, The Hope Edit can’t be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we’ll get in touch to arrange the next steps.
