As each item is handmade to order, our current turnaround time is usually 4–5 weeks (business days) before your order is dispatched. This does not include shipping time.

Yes! We recommend gently spot cleaning where possible or hand washing in cold water. Allow your pouch to air dry and avoid using a dryer to help maintain its shape and quality.
